Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. What these terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold under the KCZ name, including the KCZ System course, any future modules added to it, and any downloadable material that comes with it (together, the "Course"). This website presents the Course and links to the checkout; it does not itself process payments. By purchasing or accessing the Course you agree to these terms and to the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Earnings Disclaimer, which form part of them.

2. Digital content and immediate delivery

The Course is digital content consisting of pre-recorded video lessons and written material. Access is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, through the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is complete once the access link or credentials have been sent to that address.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK: by purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. What applies instead is set out in the Refund Policy.

3. Payments

The Course is sold through Stan Store, which acts as the checkout platform, and card payments are processed by Stripe as its payment processor. Both are subject to their own terms and privacy policy. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply in your country unless stated otherwise. The Course is sold as a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

4. Your licence

On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the Course for your own learning and to apply what you learn in your own commercial creative work, including paid client work.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, republish, translate or repackage the Course or any part of it, including lessons, prompts, written material and downloads, and you may not share your login. The prompt structures may be used in your own work; the material itself may not be handed to clients or made public. Access may be revoked without refund if this section is breached.

5. Results and earnings

The Course documents the process behind my own account, including real examples of my images, engagement and brand collaborations. Those are examples of my results and not a promise of yours. Your outcome depends on your own effort, taste, niche, consistency and factors outside my control. Nothing in the Course is legal, tax or financial advice. See the Earnings Disclaimer.

6. Updates, tools and availability

The Course teaches fast-moving AI tools. New lessons and modules are recorded as the workflow evolves and are included for existing customers at no extra cost. The structure and length of the Course may change for the same reason.

Third-party software referenced in the Course, including Higgsfield and Adobe Photoshop, is not mine. Its pricing, credits, features and availability may change at any time, and such changes are not a defect of the Course; equivalent tools may be substituted in the curriculum. You are responsible for your own accounts with those providers, for complying with their terms, and for complying with the law when generating and publishing images. Short interruptions or maintenance of the course platform do not entitle you to a refund.

7. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

No refunds are offered. The Course is digital content delivered in full and immediately, and at checkout you expressly request that access begin at once and expressly acknowledge that this ends your right of withdrawal under Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Full detail is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, a separate page that forms part of these terms. Before opening any payment dispute or chargeback you agree to write to contact@kczco.com first. Requests are acknowledged within one business day where reasonably possible and normally decided within three. Payment disputes are answered with my records, including your acceptance of these terms at checkout and the delivery and access logs. Where a chargeback is filed without contacting me first for content that was delivered and accessed, access to the Course may be permanently revoked.

8. Intellectual property

All lessons, written material, images, videos, branding and the KCZ name remain my property or that of my licensors, and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used to train models without written permission. Images you create with AI tools using what you learn are yours, subject to the terms of the respective tool providers. Brand names appearing in the material belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost opportunities, or for losses caused by third-party tools and platforms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Price changes

Prices may change at any time. The price you paid is the price that applies to your purchase. No price protection or partial refund is offered if the Course is later discounted, bundled or offered as part of a promotion. Third-party costs, such as Higgsfield credits or an Adobe subscription, are paid to those providers and are never refundable by me.

11. Provided as is

The Course is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, free of bugs, or that it will meet your particular expectations or requirements.

Nothing in this section affects mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer in respect of digital content that is defective or not as described.

12. Third-party services

I am not responsible for failures, downtime, price changes or service problems caused by third parties, including Stan Store, Stripe, the course hosting platform, your internet provider, Higgsfield, Adobe or any other tool referenced in the Course. Those relationships are governed solely by the agreement between you and that provider, and their costs fall outside the Refund Policy.

13. Your access and account security

Your access is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity that takes place under your access.

I use reasonable measures to protect the platform, but no system is entirely impenetrable. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, where I reasonably determine that these terms have been breached, in particular where access has been shared or the material redistributed. This is the same ground listed as non-refundable in the Refund Policy.

14. Feedback and submissions

If you send me feedback, suggestions, testimonials or examples of your work, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them, including for promotional purposes, without further consent or compensation. You may withdraw that permission for future use at any time by writing to me. Sending feedback creates no obligation of confidentiality on my part.

15. Electronic communications

You agree that I may send you notices, updates, receipts and information about the Course and about new material electronically, to the email address used at checkout. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; essential communications about your purchase and your access will continue to be sent.

16. Indemnity

You agree to hold me harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your infringement of the rights of a third party, or the content you create and publish using what the Course teaches. This does not limit your rights as a consumer, and does not apply to matters caused by my own breach or negligence.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified only so far as necessary to comply with the law, and the remaining provisions will continue in force.

18. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version in force when you buy is the version that governs your purchase, and each version is kept with its effective date.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you additionally retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law so provides.

20. Who you are contracting with

The Course is sold by Èric Cosor, trading as KCZ, NIF 77622898Z, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: contact@kczco.com.
