This page does not ask you for personal data, does not host forms and does not run advertising or tracking cookies. Browsing it leaves no data with me.
What happens when you buy
Clicking a purchase button takes you to Stan Store, a separate platform. Your name, email and payment details are collected and processed there, and card payments are handled by Stripe as its payment processor, each under their own privacy policy. I receive your name and email in order to give you access to the course and to notify you when new modules are added. Card details never reach me.
Legal basis and retention
Your data is processed to perform the contract between us, and kept for as long as you hold access to the course plus the period required by Spanish tax and accounting law. It is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the platforms needed to deliver the course.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@kczco.com. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. If you believe your data has been mishandled you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Hosting
This site is served as static files by Vercel, which may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and availability purposes.
Typefaces are served from this domain, not from a third-party font service, so loading the page does not send your IP address to Google. There are no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of any kind.
The presentation video is hosted by Wistia. Nothing from Wistia loads until you click play; if you never press play, no request is made to them and no video cookie is set. If you do play it, Wistia processes your IP address and playback data under its own privacy policy.
Earnings disclaimer
The KCZ course is educational material. It documents the workflow I use to create my own images and to work with brands. It is not a business opportunity, an investment, or a promise of income.
Any figures shown on this site, including follower counts, engagement rates and references to brand collaborations, describe my own account and my own results. They are examples of what the method produced for me, not an average and not a projection of what you will achieve.
Your results depend on factors outside my control: the time you put in, your taste and judgement, your niche, your consistency, the market you work in and how the platforms and tools evolve. Many people who buy educational material never apply it, and get no result at all.
Nothing in this course is financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions, for declaring any income you earn, and for complying with the terms of the tools and platforms you use.
Intellectual property
All images, videos, text and course material on this site belong to KCZ and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used to train models without written permission. Brand names shown belong to their respective owners.
