Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026 · Version 2.0
In short

The Course is digital content delivered in full and immediately. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and expressly acknowledge that this ends your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. No refunds are offered.

1. What you are buying

The KCZ Course is digital content supplied without a tangible medium: pre-recorded video lessons and written material, hosted online. Access is granted in full as soon as your payment is confirmed, and does not expire.

Nothing is drip-fed or held back. The complete module and lesson list is published before purchase, so you know exactly what you are getting before you pay.

2. All sales are final

Because the Course is delivered immediately and in its entirety, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations are issued. This includes, without limitation:

×Changing your mind after purchase.
×Not having the time to watch or apply the material.
×Dissatisfaction with the content, its level or its length.
×Not reaching a given number of followers, clients or income.
×Access terminated for breaching the Terms of Service, such as sharing or redistributing the material.

The Course is also a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring payment, so there is nothing to cancel.

3. Right of withdrawal and why it does not apply

Consumers buying at a distance in Spain and the EU/EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 sets out an exception for digital content supplied without a tangible medium, where performance has begun.

That exception applies only where both of the following are true, and both are built into the checkout for this Course:

1.You give prior express consent for performance to begin immediately, before the withdrawal period has ended; and
2.You expressly acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase you make both declarations. Your right of withdrawal therefore ends when access to the Course is delivered, which happens immediately.

Confirmation of that request and acknowledgement is sent to you by email as a durable medium, together with your receipt.

4. What I always put right

"No refunds" is not the same as "no support". The following are always resolved, at no cost to you:

✓A lesson that does not play, or access that is not working.
✓A duplicate or mistaken charge, refunded in full and without questions. A payment you never intended to make is not a refund of the Course.
✓Material that becomes unusable because a tool or platform it covers has changed. Where reasonably possible it is updated or re-recorded and provided to you free.

If you hit any of these, write to contact@kczco.com. Requests are acknowledged within one business day where reasonably possible.

5. Third-party costs

The Course teaches workflows built on third-party software. Higgsfield credits, an Adobe subscription and any other tool or service you buy directly from a third party are paid to that provider, are governed by its terms, and are never refundable by me. Those costs are not included in the price of the Course.

6. Before you dispute a charge

If you do not recognise a charge, or something is not working, email contact@kczco.com first. Nearly everything is resolved within one business day, which is faster than any bank dispute. Chargebacks filed without contacting me first, for content that was delivered and accessed, are contested with the delivery and access records and result in permanent loss of access.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or waives any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived. In particular, mandatory rights relating to digital content that is defective, not as described or not supplied in conformity with the contract remain unaffected, and are dealt with under section 4 above.

If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified only so far as necessary to comply with the law, without affecting the remaining provisions.

8. Who you are contracting with

The Course is sold by Èric Cosor, trading as KCZ, NIF 77622898Z, Barcelona, Spain. The Course is sold through Stan Store, with card payments processed by Stripe; the terms of both apply to your transaction. Contact: contact@kczco.com.
